Quality Control and Assurance department of Mahram with it’s experienced experts will follow the products from factory (production lines) up to the customers houses by keeping the quality inhancing as a guideline of their programs.

Products of Mahram are under the standards of Institute of Standards and Industrial Research of Iran and two foreign standards i.e. ISO 9001/2000 and SGS Institute of Switzerland and HACCP from SAI Institute of Australia.

Mahram by possessing its active unit and comments of success customers, was succeeded to letters of ‘appreciation and protection of consumers’ right in years 2004 and 2005.

All the workers are trying to maintain the quality guarantee of the products and are trying to attract the satisfaction of customers with the motto of (right is always with the customer).
